Here is the answer.

As R = p L/A

So, According to question;

2.5 ohm = p (60 cm) / A

or, 2.5 / 60 ohm cm = p / A ..................(1)

Let L be the length of 4.5 ohm resistance wire

So, 4.5 ohm = p L/A

or, 4.5 ohm = L × p / A

or, 4.5 ohm = L × 2.5/60 ohm cm ...from (1)

or, L = 4.5×60/2.5 cm

or, L = 108 cm.

So, required length will be 108cm.
