ANSWER

For the conduct of bussiness of Parliament or Proceeding of the house to be occur there is 55 or more than but not less than it required.

For the conduct of bussiness of Parliament or Proceeding of the house to be occur there is 55 or more than but not less than it required.In other word only one tenth of the total member of parliament are required to proceedings of Parliament is also known as Quorum.
