don't be nervous bro...just do practice and do some performances in front of all students...

Firstly if you are going to give a speech in front of students you must be prepared before giving speech.
You can write your speech on a note pad.
Try to write-down what you want to convey through your speech. You must be clear what you are going to say.
You can try to revise your speech and to make it clear give that speech to yourself first.
Don't be nervous.If you be nervous you may forget some of points.
So be clear what you want to say.
Calm down your mood .
