Start by slowly giving ur self some me time . Then later make time tables and schedules that helps the most but following the time table is more important . After that start studying for atleast 30 minutes maybe u will enjoy it if u do then u can increase the time u study for but never decrease it . If u stop following that it makes a impact. If u want to be more productive then put some soft music on your phone /tablet /computer and just start by reading 1 chapter . If u study for 30 minutes take a 10 minute break after that ....
