everyday write a page with neat and clean writing. first write slowly and then start increasing your speed day by day. after some days you will see your writing is improving as well as your speed also

practice more and more daily.Write a full page of neat handwriting like lesson. Take part in essay writing. It helps to improve.

#Talk to natives/watch them talk, this will help for sure, if not directly
#Be in a practice of giving speech, (yep this will not only help you be clear and fluent in convos, but also will provide you with a list of adjectives and words to describe a situation, subconsciously
#Repeat all the points given above, until you feel like you've reached a point where you literally can write your own Book
P.S. Also keep practicing, it's a long process don't lose heart too soon!
