my suggestion is, do not take admission in regular college if you want to become IAS ,you start your IAS preparation from now and do your graduation from IGNOU , because collage life is waste of time and syllabus is also not more fruitful for IAS exams, you need to focus on your high school syllabus , especially NCERT books that are enough to prepare for IAS exam.
you need to do hard work from now because it's not such a easy exam that you can qualify in 1-2 years.
