what should my friend do? She thinks she sucks at everything but I believe she just hasn't found what she's good at yet.

See the world. Everyone else here is saying "go out and...", but I mean quite literally go out and explore. See how people live their lives, how communities form, how nature marvels us day after day with the vibrant colors and shades of the leaves, the exotic flowers that blossom and grow year after year. Let all of it sink in and ponder about the complexity of the world we live in.

It's something that quite literally takes no more effort than mere imagination, but so few of us stop to really understand the world we live in.

As long as you don't limit yourself to talents that are physical and demonstrative, anything that your mind can think can become a talent.

Also, don't be too harsh on yourself. You have a life to live and that in itself is a blessing. You could dedicate yourself to actually helping others find their talents as passions too. That could be your talent as well, invigorating and inspiring others.
