the main reason to stop destruction caused by the strong wind is the ocean level and the water level...the more the water level will be , the more the wind blows...the main reason to avoid destruction caused by the wind is to pre ensuring the conditions and taking care before the wind blows , we can't stop wind but we can stop the conditions around......
