A country that has intellectually brilliant youth has an edge over other countries in many ways. Developing intellectual competence is not an easy task. One has to ponder over the mysteries of life and dig deep into strata of mind. One has to lead a disciplined life studying various subjects such as physics and mathematics. Reading books of great authors also enhances one’s intellectual competence.
