What should we add to twice of the rational number -14/6 to get 6/14

Let the number to be added be x

According to question,

2(-14/6) + x = 6/14

=> -14/3 + x= 3/7

=> x= 3/7 + 14/3

=> x= (3*3 + 14*7)/21

=> x= (9+98)/21

=>x= 107/21
