The poet says that when we make our structures strong, whe we make sure that we are strong within, then any outside source will not be able to shake us. As with structures lit houses,a strong foundation, strong doors and windows will keep out any strong winds,similarly, a strong personality wil be able to sail through any problems life throws at us. We need to have a strong will, a strong fighting spirit, the ability to solve problems, and then we will be able to learn lessons from life. Problems will come and go but we will have the will power and inner strength to withstand them. This will make-the wind/problems, our friends,not enemies.

To make friends with wind we need to build strong homes with firm doors. We should also make ourselves physically and mentally strong by building strong, firm bodies and having steadfast hearts.
