when we see a road accident and the victim lying on the road in a pool of blood , our first and foremost step should be to play the role of a responsible citizen of india and phone the police . then , we should see whether the person is conscious or not. if he is , he we should ask for his family member's contact number and inform them about the mishap . also , if the PCR is taking too long to come , then we should see whether we have any means of taking the person to hospital ourselves . also , we should never turn our face away from such accidents because no one knows what lies in the destiny for us.

first of all you need to call ambulance...till the ambulance come you need wash the wounds of that injured person...and apply peels of potato...it will help in cooling the wounds..and then apply antiseptic creams and cover the wounds with a clean cloth to avoid infection from housefly
