If I accidentally submit an incomplete file it is best to do C) Reopen the job in your Work History and complete it there.
However not all jobs has the option to allow users to reopen the jobs and complete the incomplete works there.
In this case answer C is the best possible solution. This will help the user perform the incomplete works and then make the submission.
