What should you do if you if you suddenly realize that something you said earlier

in the interview is incorrect or incomplete? Explain your answer.​

Depends on what you have said. If it's a pronunciation error or such minor errors you can simply apologize and continue by adding on some impressive points further to conceal it. And if you find it yet incomplete then you can simply add on more points. But remember that in an interview you need to be very brief and to the point.
