i) Wake up Early on the Morning
ii) Do Exercise Regularly
iii) Drink water a lot (but not so much)
iv) Have a Clean/Fresh day to Start
v) Have good Diet
vi) Make sure you Sweat everyday
vii) Keep your busy clean, bath daily (with a warm water)
viii) Eat healthy foods (avoid fast food/snacks)
ix) Ensure you're Stress out at the evening
x) Pray before you go to bed, and have a good sleep
xi) Avoid lack of sleeping
