Option D,  the Americans with Disabilities Act, is the right answer.

The Federal Government passed the Americans with Disabilities Act in the year 1990. This act is a civil right law that forbids discrimination based on unfitness. This act provided the same protection to the American citizens with disabilities, as the civil rights act of 1964 provided. The Civil Rights Act made illegal the discrimination based on sex, religion, national origin and race etc. Unlike this act, The ADA provides the employees with disabilities with the cheap accommodations  and requires accessibility provisions on public aid
