“Be an early bird, surely you'll fly high.”
I've read this fact somewhere that only 10.2% of early birds feel overworked versus 26.7% of night owl.
Just by waking up early in the morning you feel energized, fresh and confident. You will have more time to think about yourself, your loved ones, your career n all, whatever your current/long-term goal is.
I would like to share my story, I used to sleep by 2:30–3:00am and wake up by 9:00am. Whereas my office itself starts by 9:00am. So after getting up I had to rush for everything and I was getting late which became regular thing to me.
Further addition to this, I plan my day with three important ingredients :-
1. Where I work on my body/health:- Gym, cycling, runningetc.
2. Where I work on my mind:- Quality work with new learning everyday. Keep good thoughts in mind.
3. Where I work on my soul:-
pursue my hobbies: play guitar, listen music, read,....
