SINCE both the parents are Tt  So, the size of the resulting progeny will be -  3/4th will be  of tall and 1/4 will be of short. Ratio of tall: short = 3:1.

Reason : The recessive trait is not expressed in impure form i.e in the presence of dominant trait like as TT or Tt.  It is only expressed in its pure form without any dominant trait i.e Tt form.

When we cross the parents Tt and Tt the results are TT,Tt,Tt and tt.

Thus 3 tall and 1 short progenies are produced.

Hope this helps..
