This is a very simple problem to solve. First add these numbers to see what you get.

Let me add this for you. Since, there are fractions, the LCM of 3, 12 and 36 is 36. Hence, you get

(132+237+153+180+255)/36 = 937/36.

Dividing 937 by 36, you get a quotient of 26 and a reminder of 1.

To get a whole number, we need to add a fraction that can give you the nearest whole number of 27.

Hence, 27 x 36 = 972. Therefore, the fraction to be added should be (972-937)/36 = 35/36.

Thus, the smallest fraction to be added to the above set of numbers to get a whole number is 35/36.
