ANSWER

The king had ordered all the roads to be covered with leather ans that would have lead to the death of thousands of cows. A wise servant dared to suggest to the king that instead of wasting so much money on this venture, the king could cut a little piece of leather to cover his own feet. That would solve his problem.

The king was not satisfied with the answers of wise men. They all had given different answers to the same question because of which he was unable to come to a conclusion,so he refused to it.
