What source is best for synonyms and antonyms and idioms and phrases and one word substitutions?

Get yourself a good book of grammar. J.C. Nesfield’s or Wren & Martin’s will be good enough. Your best bet, though, is to study your chapters thoroughly. Get a good teacher to explain them to you.
You get to fully know your synonyms and antonyms ONLY when you have read them in context.
