What steps are needed to improve tourism and travel in India ?

Here are some points that occured to me... 1. The govenment should organise various exhibitions in the foreign countries,imparting important information such as various cultures,traditions and customs followed by different people from different states in India,the places of attraction and all such necessary information. 2. Also,incentives should be given to service providers like tripadvisor since they play a very crucial role in the tourism industry. 3. Efforts should be made to make tourists feel,a sense of security,by initialising help and support services in different languages. 4. Setting good and quality hotels across major tourist attractions as well as at places that have potential of becoming a tourist spot. Hope it's of some help to you. :)
