Well, it is my belief that the only thing government can do is reduce employment opportunities. By this I include all levels of government. Increased minimum wage and decline in useful education are some examples. Then there is also a large population that has chosen not to be in the work force and are not even considered unemployed by “government agency”. There are 8 million fewer employed today than should be based on pre recession levels of employment - population ratio. And no, that is not due to retirements.

the steps are....... 1... firstly discrimnation should be completely abolished
2.......every person should be given equal oppourtunities...
3......more industries factories should be established in our country...........
4..........as we know that india is not a developed country....it is a developing country ....so it is not so much possible to make more industries factories bnaks or offices ........60 per cent peoiple are not properly educated ..........
