By giving them the exposure of different kinds of sports and letting them choose what they like the most....
And by helping the students to find in which sport they feel the maximum engagement with via counselling....
And ensuring them that, it's okay to take sports as AIM rather than subject wise studies....
And also telling their parents to give them freedom if they choose sports as their career and support them for that instead of de-motivating them ...
