what steps could we take to make wet clothes dry faster

We know that clothes dry when water from it evaporates. And rate of evaporation increases with
1) increase in surface area: So, spread your clothes properly.
2) increase in Wind velocity: This depends on nature whether wind is blowing or not. You can try supplying wind to the clothes.
But evaporation decreases when their is high humidity and control of humidity is not in your hands.
