The following steps were taken by Hitler to militarise Germany:-
1) Hitler built his own army, navy and air force from the very beginning of his tenure. This proved to be contrary to the treaty of Versailles. But no resistance came from the allied powers.
2) In 1936, Hitler had send his army to reoccupy Rhineland which was taken from Germany while the Treaty of Versailles was signed.
3) Hilter unified Austria and Germany in 1938 under the slogan One People, One Empire and One Leader.
4) Hitler believed in war and policy of expansion to recover from the economic crisis and to amass resources.
5) Hitler installed puppet regimes in a large part of Europe that supported Hitler and Nazi Germany.
