What steps do you follow to study a problem before making a decision ?

First I will analyse all the problems after that I will use some of examples on the topics given to me after that I used my idea and tried to match with the other answers who have the same question but different answers but we all know that each question have a different type of answers so according to the questions we need to examine the questions with different types of suitable samples n after that I write it on my decisions before taking action on it.
