  • Increasing incomes, for eg: Every farmers daily wage is about Rs. 300.
  • Generating employment opportunities, for eg: Use of pesticides and other agricultural instruments needs huge amount of labour force, thus providing employment to poor and needy farmers.
  • Reducing risks in agriculture, for eg: Due to natural calamities there are risks on food crops so the government's Food Security Act of 2013 provides farmers with plenty of food during scarcity.
  • Developing agri - infrastructure, for eg: The use agricultural markets, cold storage, warehouses, and agro-processing
