Eat a variety of nutrient rich foods.

DO NOT SKIP MEALS.

DO NOT eliminate certain foods.

Drink water.

Avoid too much caffeine.

  2. emphasize on eating fruits and vegetables every day. they provide a lot of nutrients but not too much calories.
  3. avoid eating junk food as far as possible.
  4. it is essential to go for regular physical checkups to the doctor
