Women have always been discriminated. There is although some improvement in the bad conditions of women. But still women are not getting the same post and respect as that to men.
SOME STEPS ARE :-
 1. Campaigns should be organised to make women aware about their rights.
2. Equal opportunities should be given to them.
3. Everyone should respect them.
4. Encourage them to get education.
Women are also a part of our society and a human too, respect them.
