By the Time The East India company had begun to involve itself in the Feuds of the Indian Rulers in the different Parts of India— the Mughal Empire had begun taking its Last Breath.

However the Company did defeat in the Year 1764- at the Battle of Buxar the Combined forces of Mir Qasim, Shujauddaula the Nawab of Oudh and Shah Alam the Feeble Mughal king.
