see my advice will be u first take up some engineering degree or some other big degree. Coz cracking IAS is not so simple, some people put up there whole life but cant clear it
if u will have a degree by ur side then if if unfourtunately u cant clear it up then u can survive wirh ur other degrees and if u have degree in ur hand then u will not have any fear of ur future
i am not making u afraid just its my experience which is speaking but keep faith and confidence on u, u can achieve the IMPOSSIBLE also

Humanities will be best for u r preparation of IAS.
other than this u can take other subjects but humanities is best for ias prepation.
if you will take other subjects then also question will be from social in ias exam.
