WHAT IS ENDOCRINE GLAND ?
☆Glands that produce chemical substance called hormone are called as endocrine glands .
☆Examples of such glands are ADRENAL GLAND , PITUITARY GLAND , TESTIS AND OVARY .
HORMONES ARE :
☆There are more than 20 steroid hormones in the body .
☆The hormones are ESTROGEN , PROGESTERONE , TESTESTERONE , CORTISOL , etc
