suggestions I would like to give to our elders to control their High B.P. are as follows:-
- Minimise consumption of salty and spicy product
- Have must to control his/her anger
- Do exercise regularly
- Have must to eat chili (chili have a antibiotics to resist and control Blood pressure to maximum extent)
- Avoid eating junk food
