In rural areas there can be a lot of employment like sweeper, shopkeepers etc but for betterment my suggestion are:
1)Medical insurance
2)schools
3)proper guidance to teenagers for their carrier

For the betterment of "rural areas" we should always strive hard. Thing that must be done for the betterment would be offering them jobs so that they can earn a livelihood. The second thing would be to offer them medical assistance so that they can have a healthy life. Free education should be offered to each and every person of the rural place so that they can gradually build a career.

Proper career guidance should be offered by educated people that would help them have a healthy and wealthy life.
