Simple imterest = Rs 1044

Rate = 4% per annum

Time = 4 years .

To find :- Principal ?

Now ,

A / q ,

P * r * t / 100 = SI

=> p * 4 * 4 / 100 = 1044

=> p * 4 / 25 = 1044

=> p * 4 = 1044 * 25

=> p = 1044 * 25 / 4

=> p = 261 * 25

=> p = 6565

So , P = Rs 6565 .
