Amount = principle + simple interest

given

6600 = p + (p× 4× 8)÷ 100

6600 = p + (32p) ÷ 100

6600 = (100p + 32p) ÷ 100 .... (LCM)

6600 = (132p) ÷ 100

(6600× 100) ÷ 132 = p .... (cancellation by 11)

(600× 100) ÷ 12 = p ..... (cancellation by 12)

p = 5000/-
