What sum will amount to Rs. 5,200 in 6 years at the same rate of simple interest at which
Rs. 1,706 amounts to Rs. 3,412 in 20 years? (Ans. Rate percent = 5; Principal = Rs. 4,000)

Now, Let the unknown sum = x

5% interest for 6 years means total 30% interest.

=> 5200 represents 130% of x.

x = 5200/13% = Rs 4000
