1) It supervise their works it also check that which bank has given how many money as loan and at what intrest rate.
2) It also check whether the loan is given to everyone or not..
3) it also check wheather the bank are maintaining minimum cash balance of deposits.
4)It demands a periodic report from all the banks pertaining to their lending and saving activities.
