AP is 7,10,13 ....

we have to find :
which term of AP 7,10,13 .........is 60.
i.e. n = ?

solution:-
we know that
An = a+(n-1)d

here ,
a = 7
d= 10-7 = 13-10 = 3
and
An = 60

=> 60 = 7 + ( n-1) 3

=> 53 = 3n -3

=> 56 = 3n

=> n = 56 /3 = 18.66

=> 60 is not An term of AP (7,10,13....)

because n doesn't have complete value.
