That seems to disappoint you, but black hole is actually not a hole. Black hole, theoretically, is a three dimensional gravitational field.

To describe why astronomical objects have gravity, the simplest way is to

Describe them like this, in two dimensions.

A black hole is a curvature of space fabric, yes, space is like a fabric and time and light travel on it, and when time and light past trough the black hole, their route are curved which looks like they are being sucked into a “hole”, and matters with mass will be “sucked” towards the black hole and torn into pieces due to the violent gravity of black hole.

The figure above drew the gravity a

s a hole, and the mass is in the bottom of the hole, and the black hole is only a hole and proved my words “black hole is a three dimensional gravitational field”.

hope it helps ❤️
