What the South African Government is doing to promote equal access basic services

The South African government does not know how to create wealth and that has been an African problem for ever. African leaders are autocratic and self centered and even if they come to power via Democratic means they will do anything to get power and then to stay in power.

The reason I’m saying this is that our leaders do not really care about their people and basic services, they only care about staying in power and a well educated and thriving society does not like autocratic and self centered people.
