Firstly please improve your English.
speed of light is 299,792 km/s.
or 300000000m/s.
Formula: c = f where: c = the speed of light = 300,000 km/s or 3.0 x 108 m/s. = the wavelength of light, usually measured in meters or Ångströms (1 Å = 10-10 m) f = the frequency at which light waves pass by, measured in units of per seconds (1/s).

Hyea Friend!
The speed of the light depends on the object through which it is travelling, but in vacuum its speed is exactly 299,792,458 meters per second.
We can measure the speed of the light -
It can be done only because of Maxwell's theory.
c=f
c= speed of light= 3.0 x 108 m/s( its the wavelength of the light)= (1 Å = 10-10 m)
f= frequency at which light waves pass by(1/s)
Hope it really helped U!!
