Most people say that NASA doesn't tell us the whole reality about the aliens.Your thoughts on that.

First off, is NASA hiding anything? The answer is yes! All nations have secrets to keep and the US is no different. It should not be surprising then to hear that NASA personnel including astronauts must abide by secrecy oaths to keep secrets.

What sort of secrets?

We really don't know for sure since they're secret however occasionally the secrets slip.

Now anyone in the business of space travel cannot escaped being asked about UFOs ghosts and other such improbabilities from time to time with videos and other documentation.

In most instances such stories are not compelling in the least.

On rare occasion a secret is revealed.

Apollo 12 apparently had a covert standup EVA following the landing to determine the accuracy of maps whose accuracy was a secret because the lunar orbiter cameras used to compile them were also used on Keyhole spy satellites of the era and we didn't want to let clever Russians know just how much we might know. So there was a covert EVA done following a dusty landing on the moon during Apollo 12.
