The most important thing that has to be considered is that the laws and rules of the Constitution must be Obeyed and Respected.

After this things that are to be considered for, freedom of speech and freedom of the press is important.

And most importantly, is that we are all created equally and endowed by our creator with certain inalienable rights. Hence all must get this rights for democratic and long lasting Constitution.

Hence, Constitution needs to have provisions for change and to recognize the interests of the average citizen of the nation.

Hence, if we consider the above given things, then surely Constitution will become more democratic and long lasting while formulating it.
