In human,

Foods are very essential for living beings to grow. It provide us minerals, vitamins ,protein , calcium ,nutrients e. t. c which help in grow.

Foods are two types :-

1.junk food / unhealthy food

2.healthy food

Only healthy foods grow us. There is no junk food which grow.

In plants,

plants need water, sunlight, favourable soil, to grow. If anything is absent,then plant don't grow in good manner

In animals and other living organisms,

They grow only eating those things which are made by nature for them.
