What things did Sadao provide for the wounded prisoner on the boat ?

Dr. Sadao helped the prisoner to escape. He packed a boat with food and drinks and some extra clothing. He also gave many instructions to the prisoner. He told the prisoner to row to an island which was very near to the coast. As during storms it gets submerged so, nobody lived there. He also told that he could take help of the Korean fishing boat to escape from the island. He gave him a torch so that he can give signal to Sadao if the hoarded food finishes. However, he told him not to signal in dark. He also instructed him not to light a fire as he would be easily discovered by the enemies then.
