1. The layout of the third level was different from the second level

2. The way the third level was made looked very old like it was not a part of the modern era, Charley was living in

3. It had Smaller rooms than the newer levels

4. There were Lesser ticket windows

5. The train gates were fewer than what was commonly seen by Charley  

6. There were also Old newspapers that were stopped from being printed long back
