As we know that at present our India is a developing country , But is on the way to emerge itself as a super power in this world untill 2030...
So, regarding this objective India should do the or we can say should achieve the following measures...
√ Self Independent country in defence...
-- Basically India has lots of its self made nuclear weapons but for the extra advanced technology it is dependent on high countries like America, Russia for the defense systems, so firstly it should be achieved the high technologies ranges in defence...
√ Vito power in UNO..
-- India is not the permanent member of UNO , means it is not signed as Vito holder nation till now, so be super power in the world it is important to have this high power..
√ Well defined infrastructure..
-- In India, there is a lack of infrastructure , so to increase the investments and to be developed the high class of infrastructure is necessary....
√ High contribution of secondary and tertiary sector in GDP growth..
-- All the super power nation have high concentration of secondary and tertiary sector in economy but in India agricultural sector has more engagement so it should be balanced...
√ Rise in per capita income..
-- To be a super power in wealth status removal of poverty and rise in per capita income is must, so programs should be launched to provide good employment opportunities...

it is only then that India can become a superpower by 2030. Indian citizen are not concerned about which leader emerged victorious. there are only interested in thangavel outcomes such as good roads, uninterrupted power supply safety and security as well as economic growth.
it would be need to develop its own economic and financial institution to influence Global policies. not only does the US have hard power it has enormous soft power the ability to get people to want what it does.
