I answered this question but I jst gave the translation ...... it was not a meaning...
it actually means
first line
the people who have name and money only can put butter on bread ( as poor people cannot afford money to buy butter ) .
second line
'JI' ( refered to people who we give respect in india we say so...the people respected are called with 'ji' eg : sirji , masterji ) with your name tells that your a repected person in the society.
third line
both ( referring to the upper to lines , means , the money , name and 'ji' with your name)
gives respect to you..as your known between people...
